NIPDN Membership Terms & Conditions

Last updated: April 1st 2026

Welcome to the NIPDN Membership. These terms are here to keep things clear, fair, and supportive for everyone involved.

By joining the membership, you agree to the following:

1. Membership & Access

Your access to the membership is linked to an active subscription.

If you cancel your subscription, your access to all membership content, resources, and materials will be removed.

2. Payments

Membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis.

By signing up, you agree to ongoing payments unless you choose to cancel your subscription.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your membership at any time.

Cancelling your subscription will stop future payments and remove your access to the membership.

4. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not guaranteed.

If you believe you have signed up in error, please contact us and your request will be reviewed.

5. Use of Membership Content

All content and resources within the membership are for use by the registered member only.

You are welcome to apply what you learn within your own dog training or professional practice. However, you may not copy, share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any membership materials, resources, or content without permission.

6. Membership Badges & Representation

Any membership badges, titles, or branding associated with NIPDN are for active members only.

These must not be used once your membership has ended.

7. Community Conduct

We aim to maintain a supportive and respectful environment.

We reserve the right to remove access to the membership if behaviour within the community is deemed inappropriate.

8. Changes to the Membership

We may update or improve the membership content, structure, or terms over time to better support members.
