Others benefit from ongoing support as we continue putting the right pieces into place together.

Ongoing coaching includes three 60-minute coaching sessions, giving us the time to build momentum, deepen understanding and create meaningful, lasting progress.

Perfect if you’re navigating a more complex puzzle or would like ongoing support as things develop.

Includes:

Personalised coaching tailored to your individual goals
Continued accountability and support between sessions

Between-Session WhatsApp Support – £45 per calendar month

Sometimes the biggest breakthroughs happen between coaching sessions.

As you begin putting the pieces into place, new questions, ideas or challenges often arise.

Between-session WhatsApp support gives you somewhere to ask questions, share progress and receive guidance without waiting for your next session.

Available exclusively to clients enrolled in an ongoing coaching package.

Includes:

WhatsApp messages and voice notes
Guidance and feedback between sessions
Replies during normal working hours
